Dez is integral in keeping me organized and on-top of my content on at least a dozen or so different platforms. I've worked alongside her for years and consider her a vital member of my team. She's always punctual, reliable and professional. I'm endlessly impressed with her ability to balance messaging with clients, whilst uploading upcoming content, and even coming up with more ideas on how to help me with my admin tasks. It really helps free up time so I can put more work into my content! It is my belief Dez would be an excellent asset to anyone looking for administrative help in the industry.

One of the best things about working with Dez is knowing I have someone in my corner who genuinely understands the creator world. She's been a huge help with the business side of things, and I appreciate not only the work she does but also the type of person she is. It’s nice when a professional relationship grows into a friendship, and I couldn’t be happier to have Dez as part of my circle. If you’re a creator who needs a little extra help, definitely reach out to her.

I've been working with her for over a year now and couldn't imagine my life without her. If you're at a point in your career where there's no longer enough time in the day to tackle admin tasks I'd highly recommend Dez. For Girls by Girls is POC and LGTQ+ friendly, and she does everything! From scheduling content, editing, vault organization, creating video descriptions, and MORE! I cannot speak highly enough on how professional and reliable she is and have no hesitations vouching for the amazing work that she does.

Running multiple sites and keeping up with everything that goes into being a content creator can get overwhelming pretty quickly. Having someone help take care of the behind-the-scenes work makes a huge difference for me and my productivity! Working with Dez has given me more time to focus on creating content and working on my new projects. If you're a creator who could use an extra set of hands to keep things organized and running smoothly, I definitely recommend checking her out
